destin 2014

well here they are..my latest attempt at doing my own photography. would love to be able to afford to have a professional photographer for these moments but just can't, so with the awesome camera the hubs got me for mother's day last year, some internet tips and 4 very patient kiddos these are my favorites from what I was able to capture on the beach in Destin.

my second favorite group shot. it's next to impossible to get the Lil' Lady to look into the lens so this was a lucky shot!

 these were all taken about an hour out from sunset. the only other option was sunrise but considering i am the only true morning person in the family that just wasn't happening :)

Sunday Snapshot~ our first lady... lately

gonna go waaaay back here in an attempt to catch up with the First Lady. I can't believe I never posted some of these. i suppose the start of the new school year is what i can blame since they left off right about there! so get ready for a barrage of candids of our first daughter.

 

 i have so many more of her because frankly, she loves having her picture taken unlike her brothers who tolerate me once they see the camera come out.

so these are all from last summer. yikes.

 not sure when she took this, i stole it from her ipad. must've been around Thanksgiving with the wreath in the back. but wait, there's Christmas lights on the deck. that's not like me, usually one holiday comes down before the next goes up. i'm so confused.

 if you look at the arrow and squint a bit you'll see him out there. doing what i'm not sure, but he had to get out that day and just trudge about in it. 

the next day after it cleared up he was back out.

like a busy beaver, he was just digging around the stream and clearing sticks. 

just enough to satisfy that urge to get out and burn some energy! 

he just wants to be outdoors. we can definitely see him as a ranger in a national park somewhere someday.  

 

and who says 13 is too old for an Easter egg hunt?
