Believe it or not, she's at her first Tea.....the Ladies Christmas Tea at church.
Not that I've ever been to a tea, but I did have a conversation with her on the way in the car about lady-like behavior. The tea was for all the ladies of the church young and old. She couldn't wait to go and I couldn't wait to take her. She had her dress picked out a week in advance.
The tea was just "okay", so she ate three sugar cubes instead. Was that alright for a lady to do, she asked? She had a lovely time and asked me as we were leaving if it was lady-like to spin and twirl her dress.

My answer was, Of course!! This Sunday Snapshot brought to you by my third, my five and a half year old little lady who loves to dine on peach tea and little triangle tuna sandwiches and thumprint jelly cookies.
How sweet! Being a girl is FUN, isn't it??
ReplyDeleteAnd so true, of COURSE it's ladylike to eat sugar cubes instead of tea :)
Thanks for joining in this Sunday Snapshot!
