Sunday Snapshot- Hair

It's been almost a year, and we've come a long way since this post
..... and the mullet.
She's still lovin' those Wonder Girls though and wants to learn to sing in Korean too. As long as she's not trimmin' her hair by herself to get their bangs I'm cool with that.

And for any of you moms out there who have had these impromptu haircuts happen to you..... cause you see I thought I was the only one........ It does grow back

Happy Ten Month Birthday....

...baby girl. I hope you are growing and you're happy. Know that we love you and can't wait to hold you.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept it..........

...is to transport seven cats, one guinea pig, one 2.5 foot olive tree, one international wine collection and one twenty pound 260 year old family bible across 6 states and 1000 miles in 20 hours.

One man and one boy, managing what the moving company could not.

Mission accomplished.

Reflections of a move

No matter how many dollies you have you can't finish any quicker It's good to see an old friend again, even if nobody ever plays it.
Ahhhhh, my kitchen table chairs.
After eating off of tray tables for eight months I want to wrap my arms around you and never let you go!

And my Happy Halloween sign that makes my husband cringe every October 1st when I proudly display it on my porch. You were lucky to have made the trip
Remember this post? When the crate was opened and I saw this
still taped to our garage cabinet I had to laugh
And hey! We're not the only one's enjoying our new space
We're still getting used to being within the "flight pattern". We used to be afraid of the geese, but now we're intrigued
Oh, and I promise I'll look for the blue step stool soon
It's gotta be around here somewhere!

If someone told me...

...last year at this time, that I'd be sitting in a chair at the baseball field watching the boys at their first 2010 practice IN MINNESOTA. I'd have laughed.

Real hard.

But here we are by the grace of God.

{with wind gusts up to 50mph!}

It's been a long year, but short considering all things accomplished.
With the start of another season of baseball it's as if life wasn't interrupted at all;

considering we were uprooted for eight months 987 miles from home-
But that's just the way He does things, right?
God is good
